Refund

All returns must be posted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. All returned items must be:

• Unwashed
• Unworn
• Free of any perfumes or odours
• With all original tags still attached

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item doesn't meet these conditions. All returns are subject to a thorough inspection upon receipt.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund. Please allow 5 to 7 working days from the date we receive the returned goods for the refund to be processed and credited to your original method of payment.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team. They will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
